Plinko is a popular game that originated on the television show The Price is Right.

Players drop one or several small balls down a vertical board filled with pegs. At the bottom of the board are various pockets, each assigned with a specific multiplier or ‘prize’.

When the ball is dropped from the top of the board, it travels downwards and bounces off the pegs, ultimately landing in one of the pockets at the bottom.

Each ball has an associated bet amount set prior to the ‘Drop’. The winnings of each ball are equal to the per ball bet amount times the multiplier of the pocket it lands in.
